Construction

Longreach is missing many things needed for a town to run. The local government and the Waymark Charter Company are actively involved in expanding the town, but investments from players are welcomed. These investments will grant players some kind of bonus specific to that building once it's completed, like discounts on goods in addition to certain aspects such as a shrines appearance or the name of a shop or shopkeeper who will likely be the same race as the top contributor. Additionally, some of the buildings are not deemed necessary and may not get built without player contribution. If something you would like to build is not listed discuss it with the DM.

When you invest money it goes into a pool to completing said building. Once filled that building will be available in the next session and the contributing players will gain benefits as described. For current buildings see Goods, Services, and Religious Facilities
