Gods
Gods in this world are commonly involved in the lives of their worshippers, though minor deities are more likely to appear themselves, the actions of the major deities can be seen regularly. You can choose to either dedicate yourself to one god only, or be free to pick and choose from the gods as you need them.

Dedicated Worship
If you are a Dedicated worshipper your god will look more favorably upon you and grant you greater boons than if you only call upon them when you need them. However, you can not worship any other deities to gain their benefits.
If you wish to worship freely or change who you are dedicated to you cannot gain any god benefits for one session and then you cannot worship your previous god in any capacity unless you complete a quest specifically to atone for your transgression.

Non-Dedicated
If you are not Dedicated to one god, you may pray to gods individually and be granted their blessings as you wish, though they are not as strong.

Powers:
Powers are granted by performing some kind of ritual as noted in the god's page, usually requiring some kind of monetary donation. This does not preclude the god from aiding you in other ways, but these are patterns that are known and documented.
You can have one power from each level (Minor, Mid, and Great) stored at a time, and can only use one from each category in a day.

Note on the War Pantheon:
If you dedicate yourself to the War Pantheon you pick one of the 6 followers of Rale Hemon for your Minor and Mid powers and Rale Hemon grants you his Great Power (Dedicated).

Minor Powers:
Minor powers are simple boons that may be granted from a simple prayer and task and must be used within 8 hours of the prayer. When you make the prayer you roll a 1d6, generally dedicated worshippers will gain the boon on a 5 or a 6 while non-dedicated worshippers will only gain it on a roll of a 6. After you have tried to gain a minor power once you cannot try again that day.

Mid Powers:
Mid powers are blessings of some significance and require you to be level 4 spend money (generally 100gp) as part of a ritual of some kind. You can hold onto one mid power as long as you want, but must wait a day to gain a new one after you've used it.

Great Powers
A great power is something that truly exemplifies the power of that deity. You must be level 12 and complete some task that is at the heart of what your god stands for to gain the power. You can hold onto this as long as you want but must wait a day to begin a new quest after you've used it.

If you extend your worship outside of these guidelines you may notice other benefits.
