Smiths are the backbone of a military's production and crucial for a town's development. From smelting rare ores like mithril to hammering out a unique weapon, there's always something for a smith to do and a market for them to sell in.

Mithral Smelting - requires a small piece of mithral to practice with. Mithral items cost twice the normal amount of production, weigh half as much and do not have stealth disadvantage if that armor normally would. If it normally would not, the max dex bonus increases by 1.
Weapons:
Modifications - Must be added at the time the item is created and increases the progress required by the listed amount. A modification penalty cannot be added to armor that already has that penalty (IE you can't place a stealth disadvantage on any armor that already has it).
