Requirement: Level 12, Host a party for which you spend at least 1000gp and use alcohol stored and bless by Gyynfig in shrines to him. In addition to increasing your standing with all who attend you may ask an attendee for a major favor, and if you roll the DC or better they will grant it (Assuming it's within their power and not entirely unreasonable, a knight cannot make you the king because you asked nicely) For every additional 100 gold you spend you get a +1 to the roll to a max of +15

As such he is a common patron in bardic circles as well as many who have come into wealth. He is known to appear in the form of a creature made of light to some of his most devoted during the most luxurious of festivities.
